The association along with the ministerial alliance of Uvalde, host a mission work week called H.O.T.T. Days. H.O.T.T. is an acronym for Helping Out The Town. Over 100 teenagers from all over are divided up into teams that will be doing yard work, general clean up, scraping and painting houses, and visiting the local nursing homes. Last year, we scraped and painted 10 homes, and did about 75 yards which consisted of mowing , tree trimming, and general clean up. At the end of each working day, we have a worship service that includes preaching the gospel, student testimonies, and plenty of fellowship. The cost of H.O.T.T. DAYS is only $40 per person(thru May 31st or $50 after May 31s) Student ministries are welcome to register for this mission event. Any support is greatly appreciated. All resources collected help offset expenses incurred for food and supplies.
